It was taken about 9pm on a very cold and foggy night just outside the city centre of Newport. As you can see the fog was so thick the bridge literally disapears into the mist. It was taken with a Cannon 450D with an EF-S18-55mm lens, with a shutter speed of 2.5 and an aperture value of 6.3.
