The Ministry of Truth
This monolithic block is typical of Soviet architecture: Imposing grey, concrete, hard and monotonous, functional with no soft embellishments. It is however, on the South Bank in London beside County Hall and the London eye..... Looks better in Colour. I wonder how many of the pictures of the Soviet Union would have looked in colour with an artistic rather than political eye?
