This photograph was taken while visiting relatives on our (the wife and i's) first visit to washington. Our only previous visit to the sates had been to new york and we were amazed at the difference in architecture between the two cities. This building in particular, sorry i don't recall its exact location, grabbed my attention as the glass panels made the buildings opposite look as if they had been made from a childs building blocks.
