Giants

Giant gas Cylinder, tanks I don't know what you really call them, are everywhere around London. So you don't have to walk far before you come across these metal structures.

I have always liked them, funny really as they are not particularly captivating but somehow I find them rather sculptural and interesting. A sort of full stop amongst all the rest of the uniformed building around them.

This was taken on a walk near London Fields, it was very hot and I was too lazy to carry my big SLR (I very much regretted that on this day). My camera phone did me proud though and I think captured the image well.
